You are hereby notified that your personal information and, if applicable, that of your representative/s and other parties provided to Northern Park Primary School herein or otherwise, will be collected and processed by Northern Park Primary School in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPI).

The information is collected primarily for the purposes of enabling Northern Park Primary School to update and maintain a valid marketing and communications database in order to facilitate the transactional processes between Northern Park Primary School and the client.

By submitting the information, you hereby confirm the following;
